How true it is. Our first print issue will be out this Saturday, July 12th and to celebrate, we are going to rage.
Read on for the details.

Hey Hey, My My!
Hex Education Journal Vol. 1 Release

On Saturday July 12th, we celebrate the release of the first print version of Hex Education Journal.

Live Boogie Provided by

!!! Sorceress !!!
!!! Tough Shits (Philadelphia) !!!
!!! Traveling Circle !!!
!!! Whooping Crane !!!

Sorceress
(or The Sorceress Rock n Roll band) are Brooklyn's boogie masters. The quartet celebrates their one year anniversary of creating the kind of musical swagger that early Aerosmith, T Rex, Status Quo or early 70's Stones could pull off. Catch them now before they get on board a magic time machine to tour amphitheaters with The Nuge.

We invited The Tough Shits to play this simply because they look like four crazy mothafuckers that know how to party. That, and they sound like the demo tapes of some magical collaboration between The Boss and The New York Dolls.

If you ever wanted to experiment with hallucinogenics, we would suggest gathering a few really mellow friends, and maybe asking Traveling Circle to play.

Whooping Crane's legacy of Groundhogs/Cream/Blue Cheer heaviness has up to this point gone pretty much undocumented. The simple truth is they were indeed supposed to do the soundtrack to the film version of Hunter S. Thompson's book on the Hell's Angels, but were too busy. So history forgot them, until now!
