Madam Marie Costello was one fo the real ones. The fortune teller that the cops finally busted for "tellin' fortunes better than they do." had been telling fortunes on the Asbury Park Boardwalk since the 1930's died this week according to reports.
The Boss sang about Costello in the song “4th of July, Asbury Park (Sandy)” on the classic album The Wild, The Innocent, And The E Street Shuffle
